Queen has demonstrated strong skills in project management by working collaboratively with other team members to establish efficient systems of operations; proactively managed important and time sensitive projects, and developed innovative solutions to critical problems. She excels especially at providing administrative and field support to Senior Program Managers in programs design and development, research, policy reviews and advocacy to stakeholders, relevant sectors and affiliate bodies.
As an Advocacy Associate with International Youth Alliance for Family Planning, she coordinated a team of young people who supported the Anambra State Ministry of Health to initiate the process of developing an Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Strategy in 2021. This is a milestone as it has stirred up conversations and drove new narratives around access to comprehensive sexuality information and services for young people.

Queen has served in various leadership positions such as Vice President, Students Union Government, Nnamdi Azikiwe University and National President, National Female Students Association of Nigeria; a position on which she worked with Stand to End Rape Initiative and Education as a Vaccine on building the capacity of female student-leaders on tackling the menace of sexual harassments and rape in Nigerian tertiary institutions. She is a Margaret Ekpo Youth Fellow; Member, Global Leadership Challenge, 2021 at St. Gallen Symposium and University of Oxford, and Member, COP27 African Feminists Taskforce.
She enjoys reading, volunteering, teaching, researching and travelling. She is currently on a learning program with Oluwatoyin Abegunde Foundation; an organization whose mission is to create a community who would adopt organic living as a safer and healthier lifestyle, thereby protecting their environment and resources.
