A Story of Successful Youth Leadership

We foster youth leadership on a variety of levels, from organizational development and management, to knowledge and skills on SRHR advocacy in high-level spaces. Members and staff of the Youth Coalition go on to play important roles in the SRHR world, working for leading organizations in the field such as the United Nations Population Fund, the African Union Commission, the International Planned Parenthood Federation, among others. Indeed, the Youth Coalition fosters next generation leadership and when members “age-out” of the Youth Coalition, they take with them a unique commitment to young people and an understanding of the diverse issues that we face.
