Patricia LaRue is the Executive Director for Canadians for Choice, a charitable organization working so every Canadian has access to the information, resources, and services required to make and exercise informed choices on all aspects of their sexual and reproductive health and rights. Prior to joining Canadians for Choice in 2006, Patricia worked as the Executive Coordinator for the Youth Coalition for 4 years. In 2002, she received a degree in International Development Studies from the University of Toronto, completing her honors thesis on the subject of Teenagers as Agents of Change in Sexual and Reproductive Health in Bolivia. In 2010, she received her Masters Degree in Public Administration at l’Ecole nationale d’administration publique. She serves as President of a family planning and abortion clinic - La Clinique des femmes de l’Outaouais. Patricia has a son, Roméo, and is expecting her second child.
